Dear Homeowners,

As we head into the warmer months, this is a friendly reminder from your HOA to schedule palm tree trimming if you haven’t already. Keeping them well-maintained not only keeps our neighborhood looking great, but it also helps prevent potential hazards from falling fronds or seeds.

Recommended Timeframe:
Palm trees in Arizona should be trimmed between late May and early July—ideally before monsoon season begins. Trimming during this window helps keep your trees healthy and reduces the risk of falling fronds during high winds.

Please make arrangements with your landscaper or tree service soon, as this is a busy season and appointments fill up quickly.

If you receive a notice from the management company requesting that your palm trees be trimmed and you need additional time to get this take care of, please reach out to let them know at admin@choice-cam.com.
